What I would like to know is if I may offer a company an inquiry form and if that would be acceptable. This method would be entirely different to the one offered in the CPE. How will my project’s progress be evaluated? Is it possible that within a few years’ time a patent holder will be offered a product which could then move to an “ideal” market? If so, what product will they be ready to use? Would it be better to conduct this site after some of the more recent testing? On your side, if you offer a class or “PCT” which you want to test prior to trial, do you think your company could be prepared to demonstrate by a three year prior-trial program that the product will be better than the product available only at one of the other companies?
