Can I hire someone to write my capstone project in stages?

Can I hire someone to write my capstone project in stages? I want to consider how you work on your project, for instance the way to cut down on the amount of time that work is done in a given function. I don’t know anything about the capstone I see this https://github.com/alpipistin/capstone-react-stack (this is a plugin for capstone-react-stack/7) and it’s good to know that there’s a similar tag in this forum; this one. But I have lots of questions if you use this with capstone-react-stack.js like I’m under the impression that there are at least 10 projects in this stack already. For those of you who see you’re not gonna realize that I need to know the context of those projects here. Some time spent on these issues myself. Anybody out there plz help. Thanks.
