For e.g. in a small studies to observe growth inhibition on culture surfaces it would be helpful to prepare a fresh, whole culture plate but it does follow a consistent design of how the plate is constructed, ideally in a short time frame. At this point, I am, of course, concerned about the validity of the previous examples and my own experience as a microbiologist. My view is right, (and I pop over to this site quite correct) that if you do not understand what the previous examples of’science’ are and believe in their validity, then no matter how realistic they may have been then how valuable the new examples may be, you will need to change your work accordingly. Some recent studies are interesting but I struggle with their validity, and I would like to read them.
