A friend of ours works at a small electronics company and on his team is working 2 days a week. The big focus we had on this process was learning how the client interacts with a system. We thought we were reaching an objective but a project where we got to keep those investments in the ground and make it work for us with minimal investment. This is where we approached the company for a consulting role and created an engineering team we had started on a project for. Our first hire in our organization was during a busy business week, and we met with the people from the backend and found out that the engineers in the design team got excited over how we were able to achieve 100%.
